Great location! Great value!

Our stay was wonderful. Loved the Motel, Loved the location. We were however very disappointed that we booked a “lake view, GROUND floor room” 2 months in advance and at no time were notified that we would be 2nd floor. Front desk needs a better solution than “take it up with Expedia”

The motel offi e is two blocks away I asked for romm with double beda and got a twin and a single Room was very hot and had a air to air heat exchanger rhat was not up to the task during a heat warning Definately will never stay here again

Excellent location across from a park. We had requested a ground floor room because of the dog but didn’t get one. The kitchen was poorly stocked with 1 butcher knife, 2 each for cutlery and dishes. Not a kitchen that encouraged you to eat in. There is no fan in the bathroom, so after two showers the ceiling was dripping water. The bed was comfortable the pillows were not!

Awesome stay. Check in was very easy and staff were so friendly. Staff gave us helpful information on a printed sheet ie where restaurants were and where to find wifi details. Extremely accommodating with giving us a lower ground floor room. The shower was amazing. And the towels were so soft. Definitely a place to stay longer than 1 night.

Don’t even know where to start but absolute horrible experience from the check in time when our room was changed from a ground floor to first and no apologies for doing this without letting us know . Just saying we have no vacancy !! How does that matter to a customer who specifically booked a ground floor room? Room was unclean , utensils were unclean. Toilet was grossly dirty with stains … omg the bed was lumpy .. barely any tv channels worked , safe was not working and micro was placed on top of fridge where it would not open .. then on top of this all we came back from a hike and there was No water . We called and were told very nonchalantly that the city is doing some sewer work .How do you run a hotel like this ? Do not waste your money !!!! If you want to be by the water, there are some beautiful places at okanagan lake and you can just walk to Skaha lake (6.1km hike ) …. You will thank me ! We have stayed in 6star luxury to some very decent Motels but this is one was the worst !
