The staff were incredibly accommodating and immediately made me feel right at home! The property was immaculately clean and the pool was beautiful. You can tell they take great pride in what they do and truly care about the guest experience! I would definitely stay here again.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—convenient and easy to access, making it perfect for getting around and exploring the area. Estelle is a gem! Kind, friendly, helpful — interacting with her was a highlight of our stay! The room had been updated in the last couple of years, the beds and pillows were comfortable, everything was clean, the water was hot and the AC was cold. We didn’t have time to utilize the pool, BBQs or gazebos, but everything looked well maintained. Bakery, pizza, Japanese food, liquor and convenience store all right across the street, and less than five minute walk to Skaha beach. It was also very close to the family we were visiting. The Empire was a good value, great location and I would gladly stay here again.

I recently stayed at the Empire Motel. The manager was there when I checked in after 10 PM. The room was clean and tidy. It wasn’t really fancy, but it was a room that has been remodelled, and modern, and had all the necessities. There was a desk, a refrigerator with a little freezer, there was a coffee maker. There was also a TV, but I never used it.They had shampoo and conditioner, and body wash in the shower and a hairdryer. The bedding was very comfortable and clean.
