Boardwalk condo is the perfect place to go for any kind of beachgoer. If you consider yourself a beach bum, then this place is ideal. This 3-level Condo sits on the Santa Rosa Sound has fantastic Sunrise & Sunset waterfront views from all 3 levels.

Step off your deck onto the beautiful white beach. So close to the water; you could go fishing from one of your 3 decks! If you enjoy walking the Gulf Shores and the world's whitest beach, a quick four-minute walk from your deck puts you in the Gulf of Mexico.

If you enjoy dining and shopping, this condo is a easy walk to Peg Legs restaurant, tiki bar and a simple bike ride or free trolly ride to the beach's core with all the shops, restaurants and bars you need!

Downstairs is a well-equipped open kitchen with bar and bar stools. The comfortable living room has a Smart TV. Bring your account numbers! The dining room table has seating for 6.

Second time visiting Pensacola Beach. First time staying at The Boardwalk. Condo overlooked bay and was so peaceful and clean. Will definitely be back!

Clean and spacious, could use some updating and TLC.

Clean and spacious, could us some updating and TLC. Small improvement would be beneficial, new sheets, repair to the master running toilet and toilet paper holder, window replaced in second bedroom, light bulbs, better utensils and more kitchen towels. All in all good location and clean place to stay and visit, our favorite beach....Pensacola Beach!

Perfect location

I would highly recommend this condo! The location is perfect! The owner kept in contact with us and brought extra bikes upon request. Quarter mile from Peg Leg Pete’s and gas station. Nice calm beach right out the door and gulf shore across the street. We could not ask for a better first experience on the Santa Rosa Island! Will go again!!

Unit directly on a beautiful white sand private beach on the bay. Fabulous location. Fun water toys and bikes provided. Great place for kids. Unit had sufficient accessories... good beds, towels, hot water, air conditioning. Manager very accommodating. However baths and kitchen needed a good cleaning.
