We booked here without even knowing that they offer free use of the kayaks, paddleboards, and bikes, just have to have back by 6pm. Our bed was super comfy. We were within walking distance of the gulf and the bay on the other side. A great breakfast. All rooms are located on outside access, but there is an elevator. The ladies at the front desk were nice and very helpful. We will come again.

Management fun

Some of the staff are very unwelcoming and cold. I won’t go into specifics but they need to reconsider policies on manners and proper etiquette for the manager.

Perfect location

The place was very clean and the staff were very friendly! The price you can't beat and it really is right across the street from the beach. Most people fib about that so I was very worried but the location was perfect. They also offer free rental paddleboards and kayaks for the bay side as well.

Wonderful property and the staff was amazing. Love the bikes and kayaks/paddleboards available to checkout. Elizabeth at breakfast is so hardworking and the maintenance staff was always working, hotel was very clean. Right across from the beach but loved it being on the sound side (much calmer water to relax.) highly recommend this hotel and its staff, our go to now in Pensacola!

I’ve been visiting Pensacola for years. I wasn’t particularly pleased about the way some of the front desk people talked to me!! I’ve never experienced this in 10 years. I’ve been coming there but definitely experience this visit , I just ignored it and went about my business because they definitely woke up on the wrong side of bed and just too much aggression in their voice which I was very surprised and shocked her experience at this hotel.!! Definitely did it welcoming when I walked in the door no smiles just seem like they didn’t wanna be at work that day!! So I just chose to check in quietly and ignore it and avoid the front desk at all costs for the rest of my 6- days there.

We enjoyed our one week vacation stay. I wanted a bit more quiet stay and the nice receptionist put us in the room on the side opposite to the bar. Very close to the beach. Just a few minutes walk. Very nice stuff in the front. A decent breakfast and fresh coffee. We were happy with everything.

The beach and pool area was really nice but the price for the room was a little much for what you are getting I mean it was very clean beds were comfortable but the bathroom door would only close if you raised the toilet seat.
