The service was friendly , price was reasonable, breakfast was not bad but could have used some work, super accessible to the beach litterally a 2 minute walk!! All around would highly recommend 9.5/10

Everything was perfect especially being able to walk 3 minutes to the beach. Everything is in walking distance , stores , restaurants, etc. We were able to rent bikes free of charge and ride around the beach and explore more . The only issue for me was the WiFi, I wasn’t able to connect it to my PS5. That’s not really a big issue tho. I do wish there was a better toilet that flushes better.

good place to crash

staff was great, good location, breakfast was good. it's a good place to stay if you're not going to hang out at the hotel, rooms are small, no chairs etc. So stay here and go out!

For an overnight “I need to crash somewhere” stay, it works. For a vacation, it does not. The advertising and reviews are very misleading and this causes me to wonder who’s actually leaving these reviews. This is NOT a hotel. It is a motel. So let’s start there. It is at a centralized location and within walking distance to bars, restaurants, and the water. The room itself was clean but really, really old. It also seems to attract shady individuals so you don’t feel completely safe. The beds are old and one had a big dip in it like the spring is worn out. You can tell the owner slapped some paint and new hardware down and called it remodeled. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Compared to other's, the continental breakfast is one of the best. Staff is very friendly and offer great information on what to do in the Pensacola Beach area. Great mid point for all activities (ex., beach, bars/lounges, restaurants, shopping, relaxation)
