Located in tower 3, which features the closest beach access at Portofino you will find this gem of a Condo. Featuring a newly remodeled bathroom with a stand alone soaking tub and updated kitchen and appliances.

Each two-bedroom/2.5-bathroom Sky Home is a luxurious condo suite, offering 1,333 square feet of space, including a 170-square-foot balcony.

Every room in every Sky Home has a water view. No Sky Home sits below the fifth floor. Spacious and comfortable, each Sky Home is at least twice as wide as a typical beach condo. With private water-view balconies, each is equipped with all the conveniences you'd expect to find in a premier resort, including spacious closets with extra linens and pillows, as well as a dishwasher, washer/dryer and much more. Every room has its own full bathroom plus a half-bath for Sky Home common-area use. Each of Portofino's five Mediterranean-inspired towers features its own exclusive outdoor pool and revitalizing whirlpool spa, plus covered parking for your convenience.

Overall the property was very clean, the individual condo had lots of sand still on floors and the refrigerator appeared to be brand new but took almost 48 hours to get cold but the staff was very helpful and delivered bags of ice for us to keep food cold
