Late departures must be authorized by ECG and are not permitted in the summer months. Property is self-catering. Only starter supplies provided.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
Holiday reservations are non-refundable: Blue Angels Week(7/12/26-7/19/26), 4th of July, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Thanksgiving, and Memorial Day. Bad weather is non-refundable. Hurricane Policy: REFUNDS GIVEN when a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued.
TRAVEL INSURANCE is optional, but we strongly recommend it. In case of any unforeseen events, this insurance helps protect your vacation investment.

Great condo and wonderful view. I love to look at the waves, but didn’t miss them. The bay was so peaceful! We really enjoyed the Dolphin Cruise, so many dolphins of all sizes! Wonderful food nearby. We especially enjoyed the Naval Museum! Plenty of things to see and do!Would love to visit Pensacola again!Our great condo manager let us know when the Blue Angels were flying home from VA! What a show!Thanks so much go a great week!

The condo is just as advertised, if not better in some ways. Very clean and well stocked with kitchen stuff. Amazing view of the bay from the long balcony and the floor to ceiling windows. Appreciated the beach gear: chairs, umbrellas, stuff for making sand castles, and even a cart to haul it to the beach! Made our trip a good one.

Great location and view of the bay/cove. The condo was super clean with a beautiful shower and soaking tub in one of the bathrooms. No window coverings however, for any of you late risers out there, but other than that, wonderful!

Wonderful home, plenty of space for us (a family of 9) and we used the amenities of the pool/gym/and sauna. a five minute walk to the beach and about ten to many restaurants - flounders was a favorite of ours.

We've stayed all over Pensacola Beach - all the hotels, condos, houses, even RVs. This new property is our favorite, for the following reasons:
- The views from the windows and balconies are absolutely the best views on the beach. while you can see the beach itself, it is the panoramic views of the Little Sabine bayou, the Santa Rosa Sound, and Pensacola Bay that enraptured us. There is no better place to watch the sunset.
- This condo has been fully renovated and updated, and when I say updated, I mean it. Check out the photos.
- This property is centrally located, just a 5-10 minute walk from the pier and the boardwalk, yet it's location on Little Sabine gives it a quiet environment.
- We loved the tennis/pickleball courts, the large pool, and the dock.
- Property management is friendly and responsive.

Beautiful and Updated Condo
We absolutely loved this Condo. Everything was updated and Modern and had plenty of room to sleep with a larger crew. The Double Bunkbeds were great for the kids!
Everything was clean and updated and had a very luxurious feel.
Few of the Bay was nice, beach was very close walking distance away (5-7 min) but the location was great as you never had to deal with traffic going to the Boardwalk area!
Would definitely book again!
