This was the perfect vacation spot for our family of 5! Plenty of room to feel comfortable! It had plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed! The views were amazing and the location made it easy to get to everything we wanted to do!

Second time staying at this condo. Excellent stay! Wonderful vacation. Condo is clean, charming, plenty of space for 2, and nice kitchen. Laundry is a bonus. Very short walk to the beach and short drive to Ft. Pickens. Love the location, a little further from the madness during peak times.

We are a family of 5. When booking a trip a major sell point is washer/dryer. Our first day I attempted to dry our beach towels. The dryer did not work, no heat at all. The property manager responded by sending a maintenance worker. The worker reported he couldn't fix it because the unit was too old. They provided us with extra bath linens 2 days later. This in no way helped our laundry situation. There was storage outside the entry door apparently the "borrow closet" you read about. We got there Sunday, This was not unlocked for us until Wednesday morning. We didn't even know just saw workers out there and wondered what was happening. The kitchen cupboard door was broken, the pans were old and falling apart. We didn't pull out the sofa bed but it made a loud noise whenever you sat on the couch. The vacuum was full of hairballs and dirt as well as the broom. The storm door to the entry door made the loudest awful noise that could be heard all the way to the parking lot. My husband searched the guilty room for WD40. A lot of little things added up inside the condo. The grounds were well maintained and clean. The location was great. I'd visit Pensacola again in a heartbeat but would stay somewhere else.

Sound side view

The property itself was fine and true to the listing. The beds were comfortable and it was very clean. I didn't care for the communication with the rental property company, and honestly I never do. They had no clue which unit I was even in, despite me responding to their texts. The listing nor the check instructions gave any information on where the unit was on the property and we had gotten in late because of traffic and had to walk around and up and down stairs to figure it out. I texted the company and they told me the wrong floor, a floor that actually didn't even exist. Communication was not their strong point. For reference this unit is near the entrance, parking is facing the street not under the building and the unit is on the 3rd floor. Hopefully this helps the next person!
