Welcome to your beautiful, FULLY FURNISHED No Worries Town House. This house has been totally updated and ready to make wonderful memories for you and your loved ones. We are in a gated community right on the sugar-white sands of PENSACOLA BEACH. Park your car in the attached garage on the ground floor and laundry room is right off the kitchen as you ascend to the main level of this beautiful cabana. Here you will find the kitchen with everything you will need for your stay. The kitchen has a huge island that you can sit and enjoy both dining and living space as one big room. The patio door leads you to an exterior terrace overlooking one of the 2 community pools. In the living room the couch pulls out into a queen bed for extra sleeping space. As you make your way up to the bedrooms you will find gorgeous dry bar and half bathroom. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Bedrooms upstairs are as followed: Master has a King bed, twin bed , TV & full bathroom, Bedroom 2 has 1 bunk bed with full on bottom and twin on top, another full bed with a TV , as you are making your way to Upstairs Bedroom 3 you will pass a shared full bathroom for these 2 rooms. Bedroom 3 has a Queen with a TV. The beach is just steps outside the front door, while the first pool is off the back patio, the 2nd pool is at the back of the property. Just across the parking area is the beach access, so you are literally just steps from the water. The garage has all the beach toys including, chairs, rafts, body boards, paddle boards, and bicycles. There is also an extra refrigerator. No need for cars as the free Trolley (download the app) picks up right in front of the facility bringing you all the way down to Ft. Pickens entry as well as all the shops and fun along the way running until midnight Memorial day through Labor day. If you are into exercising or just like to walk we have a paved path of over 20 miles along the beach, you will love this path. Ready to relax and enjoy good food and drinks? Head on over to the boardwalk and pier. There you will find numerous restaurants and bars. You can relax on the boardwalk overlooking the marina that includes jet ski, boats and pontoon rentals. Boats for charter fishing and dolphin sight seeing, as well as para-sailing are easily accessible. A book with all the info you need to get started on a great vacation is ready for you.

Great access to the beach, even with toddlers. The home was very comfortable for everyone. It really lacked basic necessities like paper towels, toilet paper etc. The upstairs guest bathroom really needed to be cleaned better, and the blow dryer didn’t work. The guest bathroom is nicely updated. Beds were very comfortable, however the pots and pans were very difficult to cook with. Overall a great place to stay! The beach bikes were fun and we appreciated the chairs and toys for the kids.

I brought my own pillow, but the pillow on the bed had quite a few hairs on it. The overall townhome was clean and well-stocked. The hallway bathroom tub did not drain very well, so we primarily shared the shower in the primary room. The location was ideal with easy access to the beach and one of the pools just outside the back deck. This lot is the first one just inside the gate, so the driveway is quite short. We brought a full-size truck, which did not fit in the driveway without partially blocking, nor did it fit in the garage. There were nearby parking spots, so this wasn't a big deal, but it should be considered if you are bringing a larger vehicle. Honestly, this was a great price considering the space and the location. The Local is just through the property gates on the other side, which is a bit like a mini-mart but with nicer food options, fresh deli sandwiches, and good coffee/smoothies. The rest of the food and businesses are a short drive away or about a 20-minute bike ride. The bikes provided had somewhat flat tires, but a pump was available. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and all of the items provided.

My family and I were in town for a wedding and stayed the weekend at the property. The property was exactly as described in the app. Literally a hundred yards away from a beautiful beach and furnished with all the beach toys you can imagine. A beautiful salt water pool was 50 feet from the back deck. The beds were all very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The area felt very safe and is very well maintained. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

Great place to stay for a long weekend at the beach! The condo was spacious and kid friendly. It had a ton of beds and lots of extra towels for guests, which was a huge plus. The kitchen was stocked with anything items could need to cook and eat. They also supplied some items you don’t typically get in condos, like dishsoap, shampoo and conditioner!It was an easy walk to the beach and pool, and had a spacious garage to store all of your beach supplies from day-to-day.

Great vacation

We loved this location and stay. Friendly neighborhood. Easy to access with proper codes and the host was amazing. Helped us with any questions we may have had. The pools were warm and quiet which was awesome. The only thing I wished was that the fridge maybe had condiments. We went to store and ended up spending a lot because we had to get condiments and all the other small things like seasonings for our food. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and had tons of room.

Perfect location!

We had a family trip. With 5 kids and 4 adults, this house was perfect. Short and easy walk to the beach, no crossing roads with traffic. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed. House was clean and comfortable. Bunks are so bles rather than twins which is awesome (2 children can fit in one bed). We will keep this one on our favorites list.
