Staff was fantastic. The dome is very comfortable and waking up to a beautiful sunrise was a great way to start the day. Really enjoyed the cheese and wine as well.

Staff / conditions were excellent. I saw the general manager onsite so introduced myself and told him he was running a great team who looked after the guests extremely well. Clean, onsite dining, a short drive to the rangers station to catch a bus to the Lakes and walks. Tracks close to rooms. An overall excellent experience. Snowed, rained, sunny in one day - pack / wear appropriate clothing.
