A traditional florida house fully remodeled, original tarrazzo flooring and tile thoughout and central AC
The master bedroom has a King bed and its own newly remodeled bathroom attached
Down the hall is second bedroom a Queen bed. These rooms are separated by the large bathroom.
The third bedroom is located off the living room with a Queen bed and its own seating area and entrance -
The open plan (L shaped dinning area and living room) is very spacious. The living room has a separated reading area and an Ikea Queen fold down couch. Each Bedroom has a Smart Tv allowing you to watch your own Netflix or Amazon accounts as well as cable.
The kitchen is fully equiped with everything you could need and breakfast nook with two stools
The dinning area is partitioned off with a sheer 'wall' which gives of an ambient glow and some privacy while still maintaining an open feeling
The laundry room is located just off the kitchen and garage and has a full sized washer and dryer
The backyard is fenced off and private.
There is a one car garage that open into the laundry room and then access to house via kitchen
* please note this house is pet free and smoke free
