Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Three towels for four people. Room was somewhat cleaned one day, fully cleaned another stayed four nights. Had to reuse towels one day and request some the next. Out of TP by the time we checked out. Never any towels in the pool area and the floors were super sick because they never cleaned it. Breakfast was a hot mess. Omelets were amazing but it took at least 30 minutes to get through the line and by then the rest of the family was already done. There has to be a better way. Number system, pager, more than one cook, don’t make the omelets so big, something but the way it is now is not it. The rest of the breakfast was mediocre at best. Rarely had both a plate and silverware at the same time, tables were always full of half eaten plates. The pop machine either the ice was on and the pop off or the other way around. You hit the jackpot if both were on. The kicker for us was we were in the middle room between a family there for a family reunion. They left their doors open with food out and lots of people coming and going and a lot of time talking right outside our door. We have a kid who has to be in bed at 8 which is early so some grace was given but well into the night they were loud. You could barely get through them to get to our room. Also, the lobby area was FREEZING! Overall our stay was fine but it could have been amazing with these changes.

They put us two different rooms on two different floors for same booking. But terrible part is there is no blanket for the sofa bed even though I booked for that - 2 beds each room and have kids with us. The staff were rude and they didn't care - just mentioned I can talk to management at morning. Terrible indeed.

Newly refurbished hotel. Room was clean with a comfortable queen beds and an excellent shower. Staff were courteous and friendly.Breakfast was the usual Embassy Suites fare and was also great. Would definitely recommend this place and would gladly stop again.
