Kathy was cordial, accommodating and responsive. The woman at checkout in the afternoon was lovely. Someone came into our room while we were at breakfast and took our towels! We had not checked out and still needed to shower. Totally unacceptable. Owner is rude, arrogant, confrontational and completely unprofessional. Very bad for your business and reputation. Because of him, we will never stay here again, despite the need to make many trips to Arkadelphia in the future. The pool is NASTY. Lots of smoking happening around the property. Miss Kathy does a great job, in terms of damage control for the owner~

Standard room. It was clean but the tv remote was broken and only offered a few channels. A winter storm just rolled through and even though their stairs and parking lot were covered in ice, staff refused to change me to a bottom floor room. Also accused me of not paying a pet fee the day of departure, which I certainly did.

DO NOT STAY HERE!
Do not stay at this hotel! Customer service/female manager is RUDE! I never write reviews but the customer service here was terrible. I myself deal with the public daily & floored by the terrible experience I was shown today! Thank goodness to hotels.com for taking care of us when this hotel wouldn’t!!
