Place is honestly twice what it should be priced but you have no other choice. Loud trains all night, no check in before 3PM. Unless you’re going to Havasupai. Skip this place

We stayed here for one night on our way to do the Havasupai Trail. The hotel was clean, we ate dinner there and it was great! The only thing I really did not like is the train. At night the train goes by the hotel I swear every 30 min. And the train conductor blows the horn all the way through the down. The idea of staying here was get a good night sleep before waking up at 2AM to start a hike but I did not get a good night sleep.

Room was clean and comfortable. It was close to our hike in Havasupi so I was grateful to get a warm shower and fall into bed. My only complaint was the train that runs by very close to the hotel.

Be sure to arrive at the restaurant before it closes. Once the restaurant closes, it is quite a trek to find something to eat. Unfortunately, the first night, the water line broke somewhere in the hotel, and they had to close the restaurant early. I ended up having to drive an hour one way to find a place to eat dinner.

If you stay in this property just make sure you are ok with noises. You literally can hear everything. Even when you flush the toilet. Is a very clean property with a no friendly staff .

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was great. The food was excellent. The bus to the raft trip was comfortable, and the rafting experience was awesome! It was a wonderful family vacation, highly recommend this adventure and facility.

We did get there early, so waiting for check in was okay. however, after we waited, no one came to check us or others in. then a person came out and said she would help us after she took care of putting some stuff away. not very friendly. however, during check out. the person at the counter was very friendly and when i asked for a receipt, she explained why an error was made and that my card was re-imbursed. totaly night and day difference from check-in. Though they said it could be noisy (gave free ear plugs) at night due to the trains,we did not hear anything.
