Staff were all very nice. When I booked I booked an accessible room with a roll in shower. When we checked in they gave us a regular room. We went back to the desk and they gave us an accessible room but it had a tub and smelled like weed. Went back to the desk again and they told us they don’t have any accessible rooms with roll in showers. I was frustrated to hear that because my wife is in a wheelchair and we booked that room specifically for that reason. We settled on an accessible room with a tub.

Check-in was easy, although the assigned room in this sprawling hotel was as far from the one elevator as possible, making for a bit of a trek to get to the lobby area. That being said, the hotel staff was welcoming and uniformly helpful. And all else was superb, including the room, which was clean, quiet, well appointed, and with bedding, which may have been as comfortable as I have ever experienced. All and all, The Yarrow is an excellent value and a place I would heartily recommend.
