Exquisite and central in Paris ! Nearby the Louvre, Notre Dame, and Saint Germain shopping area.

Located in an ancient stone building by the border of the Seine river, the studio is right in the art & antique shop district. It is close to the oldest bridge of Paris, the Pont Neuf which leads directly to the ile de la Cité, with Notre Dame Cathedral on the right. Crossing the Seine, one reaches the Louvre museum in 2 mn. The studio is also neighbouring the lively heart of the Saint Germain area and the Latin Quarter.

This apartment is a perfect base to visit Paris. It stays 15 minute by subway to most interesting Paris locations AND is a very charming and restful area to be appreciated after a whole day shopping and walking through museums.

Transportation is the easiest : The apartment is a couple of minutes from subway Cité or Saint-Michel and 5 mn from subway Odeon or Saint Germain des Prés.

This 24m² studio is perfectly adapted for a couple (or a family of 3) for a short to medium length stay. It sleeps a maximum of 3 guests (1 DBL + 1 sofa DBL convertible). It is on the first floor with elevator.

Entering the studio, one notices the stone wall, the wooden floor and the wonderful wooden beams.

The living room has a large bay window, which offers a nice view on a quiet private courtyard full of greeneries.

Design of the studio was carefully done. Materials are of top quality, wood and metal and modern. The studio is furnished with a working desk, a TV, a table, chairs, shelves and a comfortable convertible sofa that sleeps 2.

The mezzanine can be accessed by a stair running along the wall. Note : It can be used for sleeping only as it is not full body height and one can only stay seated on the bed. It is furnished with a double Futon (we limit rent to 3 guests. Ask specifically for 4 guests). Decoration is charming.

The designed open kitchen is equipped with microwave oven, refrigerator, stove…

Bathroom offers a modern comfortable shower with fixed and handy shower, sink and toilets. The bathroom washer washes but does not dry.

One immediately feels relaxed in this wood and stone atmosphere, bathed in light and viewing the greeneries in the courtyard.

As a bonus, Phone calls to land lines in France, and to US, Canada and Australia are generally free. It is also true for more than 50 countries. Understand the Self Check-In Process!

Cute & tidy with great access to many locales. Had everything we needed for our stay in Paris. *Note: there are 2 thresholds to go through before the flat door, which is located on the 3rd floor. The key to the flat door proved difficult to use, even for my husband. We got the hang of it by day 2. Here were the entry steps:Retrieve the key from the lockbox located down the street. Use keypad on street door to enter the complex. Once inside use key fob to open the metal gate. Walk up the stairs to the flat, find door labeled Dauphine (flat name not labeled on the keys).

Location, location, location! The proximity to the Louvre, Sainte-Chapelle, Nôtre-Dame, plus the Metro lines, RER-B, and all the food and drink places in the Quartier Latin make this place a steal!

Beautiful quiet little place, close to everything

Delightful stay with one of the most complex check-in processes I've experienced. Place was quiet, comfortable and easy to access, at the heart of a cool neighborhood near many walkable points of interest. All amenities were high quality, and it was nice to have a washing machine to use.

The owners are friendly and easy to work with.The central location was excellent for seeing the city on foot. Our only beef is the slightly convoluted process of check-in. Wonderful studio on the quai of the Seine

Loved my stay in this warm and charming studio right on the banks of the Seine. Beautiful view of a green, tree-filled private courtyard and a fabulous location in the center of Paris. Loft bed and well-equipped apartment. Has elevator which helps with luggage. Small but well-designed. Perfect base from which to explore Paris.

Good Stay, Good Neighborhood

We stayed one week and enjoyed the apartment & area. It is a quiet place to stay in an area that can be noisy -- we know because we once stayed a a block away -- but this building was very quiet & secure. The information provided was thorough & clear; we got into it easily. It is pleasant to be in with great windows providing a courtyard view. Private, with all we needed nearby. The owner was responsive, although we did not call on his assistance during the stay. Only potential drawback? The sleeping loft has a low ceiling requiring entry by crawling and no standing after entry. Just be aware. We are in our 70s and relatively fit without mobility issues, but some people we know would be unwilling or unable to navigate the loft. We are glad we could and did, but a knee replacement could change that equation!

A great location and charming apartment

If you're looking for a charming stay in a fantastic location near many of Paris' famous landmarks, this is your place. My small children enjoyed sleeping in the loft, the exposed beams were a nice touch and the building was safe and secure. The mattress on the pullout sofa bed was high quality and the building was very quiet. The host gave very clear instructions and it was an easy process from start to finish!

we loved our charming apartment. We got used to climbing the little ladder to the loft with futon -not enough headroom to stand but easy enough to make our way onto the comfortable mattress! and the living room kitchen with garden view was beautiful. we loved being in walking distance from everything-right across the street from the Seine and with 30 min of museums, Jardin Luxembourg, Notre Dame, everywhere! Jean Noel was very helpful with all questions!

Great apartment for a short-term stay. Nice big window opens to a garden. Great location for walking access to see so many of the great sights in Paris. Close walk to multiple metro entrances. I highly recommend this VRBO!!!

Fantastic location

The space is beautiful. If you’re really tall (6’5” or over) this space would likely feel a little small, but my family is not tall and it was fantastic for us. We could walk through the city with ease and visit bustling neighborhood restaurants that surround the home. The accommodations included were excellent.

Family Trip

It was a great location and beautiful. You are minutes from Notre dame and from the metro. Short walk to great restaurants. My daughter is 8 and it was her first time in Paris, and she loved it. The unit is beautiful we sat in the sofa and had a glass of wine listing to one of the neighbors practice the piano. It was overall a great experience.
