The room with the Eiffel Tower view was beautiful, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the service. Claudia, the receptionist, was exceptional. She is so friendly, kind, and genuinely helpful. She even used Google Translate to explain which bread pairs best with French butter. Thank you, Claudia, for making our stay so special!

Our room was very clean, the staff were friendly and lovely to speak to, especially Claudia. We had the room on the bottom floor because of my mom’s mobility issues and at first I wasn’t thrilled as it was on street level however it was very quiet at night so it was great and convenient. Breakfast was also great! Also very good location only 20 minute la or so walk to the Eiffel Tower.

We loved the view of Eiffel Tower and the easy access to the Metro. The neighbourhood was okay and we did find some good eateries. We didn’t like that the walls were paper thin and you could hear neighbours. Overall it’s in need of updates. The hotel could start with something more than “dixie” cups and better toilet paper.

We didn’t get the balcony room we initially booked but other than that, the room was good. It was pretty basic but we still had a little view of the Eiffel Tower. We were right above a subway sandwiches so it did get loud and smokers at times. Location was convenient to the train and cafes. Receptionists were very friendly and helpful.

Both Charles and Claudia were stand-outs. My group chattered consistently about their engagement with us. They both stepped out of the box to assist on every level of need.
