I got room on 7th floor. It was very very cold. On 2nd night they gave a small electrical heater to keep room warm Floor is also very cold and they don’t mind to provide flips to wear

Very good stay

Our stay at Mercure was really, really nice. I would like to thank all the staff at the reception, very good customer service. I will definitely stay at the Mercure hotel when I am in Paris and will recommend it to other families traveling to Paris.
