The rooms were clean, had AC and beds were comfy. The breakfast was well worth the price. It was the most delicious breakfast I’ve had at a hotel, plenty of variety and excellent quality. It was so fun to stay so close to the iconic Eiffel Tower. There were plenty of restaurants, bakeries and even a laundromat around. It was only a few minutes walk to the metro.

This was a very basic hotel room. The bed was comfortable and reasonably clean. The towels were very thin, almost threadbare. The staff were not particularly friendly. There were stains on the carpet and a large chip in the bathroom door. It was impossible to turn the overhead shower on without getting your head wet and a blast of cold water. I definitely won’t be staying there again and I think I’ll avoid Mercure hotels in the future. The lobby toilets were not very clean.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was very clean, although extremely small. The location is perfect, a 3-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and an even shorter walk to the train station. The hotel restaurant was very convenient on a night when we were too tired to leave. The air conditioning wasn't working properly when we arrived, but the staff got it fixed very quickly.
