The staff were great and the use of the luggage storage before checkin was handy. The hotel was close to the station which was perfect. The room was clean, although the carpets a bit dated, the walls are quite thin and you can hear the toilet above flushing every time really loudly. But for a short overnight stay was fine and lovely restaurants for dinner close by.

Had to book this really short notice after another property let us down but staff were very helpful and accommodating. Secure luggage storage before and after your stay. Hands down one of the worst, if not THE WORST, hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Firstly, it is attached to another hotel and looks like there is construction happening at Lenon. The elevator does not work so the guests are expected to take the elevator from the connected other hotel, walk down a very creepy hallway, then down very windy stairs to whichever floor your hotel room is in. If you have luggage it is awful, especially when you have to go back to the stairs. Secondly, the power kept going out. When I approached the staff at the receptionist desk about it, I was told there was nothing they could do. Thirdly, the room is tiny, there is barely a sink in the bathroom. It was awful, looked nothing like the photos. Do yourself a favor and skip this hotel altogether.
