This was the best service I have seen in almost any hotel anywhere globally. The French and Paris during tourist peak season has a reputation for clashing with foreigners (especially Americans) but my experience overturned all my worries.

Monsieur George Hotel and Spa enjoys a prime location near Paris landmarks and serves excellent food at its restaurant. Room service was prompt and satisfying, but my overall stay did not meet five-star expectations. After upgrading my Expedia booking to an Executive room, I was informed the room had been given away, setting a poor tone. Check-in lacked service; I was escorted to the elevator but left to handle my bags and find my room. Staff were inattentive, often failing to acknowledge guests, and the front desk was frequently empty. The room was tight, with cramped storage, average furniture, and a small, uncomfortable shower. Cleaning was subpar, with dust and tissues found under the bed. Smoke odors were strong at times despite the hotel’s non-smoking policy, and reception dismissed my concerns. A 1 p.m. check-out was initially approved but reversed the next morning with no explanation. Only during check-out did the staff show interest in my experience. While the location and dining are highlights, inattentive service and average accommodations make it hard to recommend. I’d rate it three stars, suitable for those prioritizing location but far from a true luxury experience.

This hotel was absolutely incredible! So beautiful, clean and the staff was amazing!! Nordine greeted us with a smile at the door and helped us with our luggage and Helene was awesome!! She checked us in and gave us a wonderful tour of the property! She was so hospitable and friendly! Our room was incredible and had an amazing view, thanks to Helene. This hotel really made our last night in Paris so special!! Can’t recommend this hotel enough, especially because of the staff and beautiful property!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Monsieur George Hotel & Spa and it was an unforgettable experience. The level of service provided by the staff was exceptional, making my family and I fell welcomed are cared for throughout our stay. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the evenings spent at the hotel bar, thanks to the incredible bartender, Greg. His knowledge of drinks, coupled with a friendly and engaging personality, turned each visit into a special event. Whether it was a classic cocktail or a custom creation, every drink was crafted to perfection. The Hotel itself is a gem, with beautifully decorated rooms and a charming ambiance that makes it stand out from larger, impersonal establishments. The attention to detail and the commitment to guest satisfaction is evident in every aspect of the hotel. A wonderful, quick stop over in Paris at the Monsieur George! Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful design, and easy access to main sites. Will be staying there again.

Great hotel to stay in Paris

Great hotel room, location and staff. Excellent food and drinks (awesome bar for craft cocktails, wine, and friendly staff). The staff are professional, helpful, courteous, and friendly.
