We spent a week in Paris at this hotel. It was wonderful. Family run. Daily housekeeping. Clean. Very helpful. Desk is manned 24/7. Located in a neighborhood with good access to stores, traditional market, bakeries and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again!

The very friendly people explained everything to us, but the rooms too small the same the problem of the air that turns it off when it is cold weather is automatically something of the pipes they told us, if you can change if you have more economy to buy more a superior room

Firstly when my husband and I entered the place the lady front desk wasn't willing to speak English with us. When I said "Hello, we have a reservation" she couldn't find my name and ask for Id which I provided to her. When she saw my passport she pronounce my name incorrectly and I corrected her and she made a fun on my name and she said " Ha ha ha its cute". I got offended by her behavior. She wasn't professional at all. She made me so upset that almost ruined my entire day. Then when I walked in to the room. Room was super small that you can barely move. We checked out next day.

The room was recently renovated with an all new bathroom and new bed. Our room was the twin number 06 and was bigger than some of the rooms. It wasn’t that big so I recommend you get the larger size. The breakfast was lovely. The staff were very helpful and overall this is a nice family-run hotel (not a chain). One of the best aspects is the neighborhood. Lots of eating options and a nice Parisian atmosphere.

Room was not suitable for woman traveling. The door was a sounding door with a lock in it. Not a true door. The steps to second floor are steep for older woman. The bunk bed is also so close to the ceiling. Carpet was not clean at all. I ended checking out with my grandma and great aunts and getting another hotel.

Excellent location, on a road full of classically French businesses such as patisseries, cafe bars, chocolatier, fruit & veg stalls, fromagier, mini market etc Nice clean hotel, rooms very good and cleaned daily should you wish. My on reception is lovely too, loved our 5 day stay here.

Staff friendly and helpful. Room small but clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Good quality shower, shampoo & handwash products. The room would be greatly improved if it had a smart tv then guests could sign into to their own subscriptions (Netflix for example). Building site directly opposite which to our surprise didnt bother us, the work ends early and starts after waking hours. Free buffet breakfast was a nice touch which for me would be improved if toast was on offer. Lovely cheeses, cold meats & croissants :)

There is an office building being built right across the street.Quite noisy during the day.This is a two year project. Arc de triomphe is a five minute walk.30 minute walk to Eiffle Tower. Safe neighborhood,plenty of shopping and cafes.
