Location! Friendly and helpful staff! Large room (for Paris). Staff first; every single person we encountered at the front desk or the basement breakfast was friendly and helpful. Three different front desk people tried to call our favorite restaurant (Le Procope) to make sure our reservation was OK after I saw the email response said we were on for a time hours before they opened. Thanks to all of the front desk staff. Lunch at Procope went as hoped for. The staff also got our bags up their tiny elevator, sparing my wife and I (both in our 70's) from the extra effort. Location; easy walk down hill, then level to Notre Dame and walking along the Seine. Short steep uphill walk to the Pantheon. Short level walk to the Cluny museum. Good restaurants and bistros nearby. Outstanding value for the money.

Friendly, convenient, clean and welcoming hotel within 5 minutes of Mayberry-Mutualité Metro. Fridge in room, plenty of closet space for a short stay, and lots of hot water for relaxing shower at the end or start of the day. Breakfast available but there is also a great Patisserie across the street for a quiet breakfast with lots of choices. Good selection of restaurants within 1-2 blocks. Market on Tuesday morning at the Place Maubert, 5 minute walk. Notre Dame and Pantheon within 10-15 minute walk. Great place.

This was our FIRST time in Paris and we loved it! The stay at this hotel made it worth while. Amazing stay, friendly. The room was small compared to American sized rooms but it had everything we needed for our trip. Beds were comfortable and clean. We slept like babies! TV, internet, hair dryer, soap, shampoo, even body lotion. The water pressure was amazing. The small but quaint lobby made it cozy. And LASTLY, our favorite part of the hotel was the breakfast. It was amazing to know that we had breakfast included. The breakfast was outstanding, delicious and very filling. The staff in the kitchen were very friendly, nice and welcoming. My wife and I found the older gentleman ( which we think is the manager) to be very nice. He gave us some advice about places to visit and they were AMAZING. Definitely we will come back to Paris and we look forward to staying in this hotel. BTW the train was super near and the bus right in front of the door. It was about a 45 minute ride from the CDG airport but you are in the middle of everything you need to explore if this is your first time in Paris. Thank you for everything!

What a fantastic spot, especially for the price. We loved our room, it was very spacious for Europe and we had a lovely balcony. The neighborhood is ideal with so many options and so walkable. Highly recommend.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast included was a nice perk that made it easier to get to our site seeing quickly in the mornings. The location was walkable to Notre Dame, the Pantheon, Luxembourg Garden, and the Paris Metro. The room was what we had requested (3 beds) and big enough for a family of four. Toiletries were included. We were happy with our stay. A few items that could have been better are: 1. There were dirty towels in the bathroom when we checked in. 2. Because the building is older, water got on the floor by the windows when it rained. 3. There were no drawers for clothes, so we lived out of our suitcases.

We got tricked by the pics and ended up in a tiny tiny room. Make sure to read the SQUARE FOOTAGE within the listing. 174 sq feet is a very small room. Otherwise a cute space. Very boutique. From the elevator for 1 (or two if you’re really good friends 😉) to the free candy and helpful staff. We had a good time. The tiny room sucked, but we booked it and it’s on us for not catching which one we chose.

The area is calm and quiet. The hotel is old but clean, old furniture that needs renovation. The beds are clean and fresh. The furniture is old, the sofa in the room is old and dirty. The safe for money in the room did not work. Good staff.
