The staff were wonderful and friendly and were happy to give recommendations for restaurants and cafes in the area. We arrived at 10am on the day of check in and asked if our room would be ready any earlier and they understandably said that’s not possible and to come back at 3pm. We did this but at 3pm they said the room will be another 40 minutes. We were very tired and this was a big inconvenience as check in time is listed as 3pm. For the rest of the stay there were no issues and staff were very helpful

Amazing! The hotel staff were so kind and helpful! Everytime we left they offered to help us find our way. Someone is always on staff! Rooms are small but perfect as you’re not in them. 10/10 would reccomend and would stay again!

Fantastic central location! Everything you want is walkable. 30 min walk from Paris Est train station. 30 mins to the Louvre. Not much farther to Notre Dame. An hour to the Eiffel tower but it's riverside so you don't even notice the time. Food and shopping everywhere. It's Paris! The hotel is in a 17th century building and that is part of the charm. The young woman at daytime reception was very friendly and helpful. Her recommendations were spot on. A very positive experience here.

Although the location is great, this hotel is very run down. The carpets are worn, the bathroom was in need of a total remodel as is the entire hotel. Also, there is NO air conditioning. It would be unbearable in the summer.

The two rooms we were given were on the first floor were in terrible condition - from cracked tile, exposed pipes, stains on walls, worn, torn and missing carpet, no electrical outlet in the bathroom, no night stands by the bed and exposed concrete on a small ledge that was supposed to pass for nightstands. We were not able to control the temperature in the room - the only option was the window which opened to a busy street and a fan with no where to plug it in. The only good thing was that we only had to stay one night. I would not recommend this hotel….save your money. I have pictures of everything I mentioned but no option to upload with this review.

Nice and convenient

Honestly the location alone is worth a stay at this hotel. The rooms are on the smaller side but great for couples and the surrounding area has amazing food options and attractions

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect. I didn't care of the breakfast for 10 euro....not much choices. There's a nice inexpensive bakery couple buildings from the Hotel. I would recommend this hotel.

Worn down room in a old hotel in Paris

I was in Paris to attend a conference and stayed 4 nights at this hotel. was disappointed by the size and cleanliness of the room. We were traveling as a couple and the size of rhe bed with 140cm was on the very low end. Additionally, the room was very hellhörig and we could hear all noises in the gangway , thr other neighboring rooms s well as in the toilets ehen flushing. All very loud. The room itself was very demolished and in a bad state which added to the discomfort. For 1-2 nights I might have stayed, but 3-; night are definitely too pricey for ehat they offered

The front of desk staff were very helpful, offering recommendations for restaurants, to help book taxis and water. The location is great, 10 mins from the Louvre. The rooms are pretty close together so unfortunately we could hear the people in the other room.
