Le nettoyage de la chambre n'a pas été effectué au préalable avant notre arrivée. En effet, la tête de lit rempli de poussières, les draps et oreillers du lit présentaient des tâches comme du fond de teint (traces de couleur marron sur des oreillers et draps de couleur blanc), le drap house présentait des tâches, le coussin de décoration posé sur lit présentait d'horribles tâches, comme jamais lavé, dégoutant. Concernant, la partie sdb, la douche présentait des moisissures et du tarte partout (lavabo, douche)
Le sol du studio collait, et présentait des marques d'humidité et des traces comme si ça n'avait jamais été lavé depuis la dernière location.
Concernant l'armoire où il faut normalement accrocher ses manteaux étaient inutilisable et pas fonctionnel (cassée)
L'accès à la chambre de l'extérieur est beau et fait propre mais malheureusement dés que nous avons commencé à emprunter l'ascenseur déjà vétuste pour accéder à ce studio, horrible, un couloir sombre pas propre (traces de mégots de cigarettes au sol, des câbles électriques dénudés) qui ne reflète pas du tout les photos qui sont illustrés sur Hotel.Com
Nous n'avons pas séjourné dans ce studio et avons réserver un autre hôtel le jour même
Nous avons des photos qui prouvent de nos dires et à ce jour aucun retour de l'agence
C'est regrettable et inacceptable
On ne recommande pas du tout, à éviter si vous ne voulait pas jeter votre argent pas les fenêtres
