In general, based on the cost, I expected to see a better-maintained hotel. The rooms need renovation and are very small. The bathroom is extremely cramped, and I doubt a tall person would even fit. The room was on the second floor and didn’t have much of a view. As for the balcony, on one side it was difficult to step out because there was furniture blocking the way. The sheets were stained!! Overall, the photos make it look like it’s in excellent condition, but in reality it’s not! Be careful!! Upon our arrival we were asked for a deposit, which is absolutely reasonable, however the charge could only be made with a physical card — something we didn’t know. In the year 2025 people use digital wallets!!

The hotel is lovely and in a great location. Great, helpful staff and lovely and clean. There is just one problem. The tiny tiny rooms!!! I have never stayed in such a tiny room for 4 nights. The balcony was only accessible via the French doors which you could only just squeeze past making entry to the balcony with a coffee almost impossible. The toilet was so small you couldn’t open the door without opening the sliding toilet door removing any chance of dignity and the steep climb into the bath made it a constant hazard of falling either getting in or out of the shower / bath. The wardrobe had 4 hangers and would have struggled to hang anything more than 4 items of clothing. We spent the entire holiday living out of our suitcases as there was just nowhere to put things or store items of clothing / toiletries etc. The aircon didn’t work effectively leaving us no option but to sleep with the French doors ajar which wasn’t ideal as the road was very busy and noisy. The room really spoilt our holiday

Hotel was great. Very clean and quiet, having a balcony was a great touch to our stay. The staff was amazing and friendly. Hotel is in a great area close to the metro and about a 15 min walk to opera house and shopping area.

We enjoyed the property and its amenities, and the staff were very nice. The only issue we had was with room service; we needed someone to come and freshen the room, but unfortunately, they did not arrive. However, I will defientely recommed this property

The hotel was great, however the first night in the 1st floor room wasn’t pleasant, noise from cars and hearing people talking next to the building. The room I was moved to was much, much better. I appreciated how they were willing to hear me out and offered an alternative room. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The property was located in a very convenient location. Our week in Paris was well spent at this hotel as it was easy to walk to many attractions or take the Subway/Trains to others. The hotel itself was cute and rooms were pretty spacious. We had a Junior Suite for two adults and a child and did not feel cramped. The staff were also quite friendly and helpful. As for the downsides, the property was not very clean. On the surface it looked OK but if you pay a little more attention to detail, you will realize they did not. The biggest problem was the rationing of air conditiong that occured at this property. During the day, they automatically turn off the AC in the units and when we come back from our day, we have to request for them to turn on the AC or else we are sweltering in 28 degree Celsius heat. They kept saying that when people open the windows, the AC turns off automatically but I call BS as we never opened the windows at all. They would also only lower it to 22 degress Celsius so if you prefer it colder, like we do, it will be a problem. Lastly, the room was noisy in the evening because you can hear the floor above you moving the chairs in their living room. The chairs are heavy and drag on the floor and I'm sure the people below us could hear us too!!

Great boutique hotel near Gare Saint-Lazare. We were here in early July during a heat wave and the hotel was so well air conditioned! The room was comfortable and fairly large for a Parisian / European hotel room. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and were so kind to our small dog. I would stay here again and highly recommend to others.

Eh - clean but a little disappointing

Unfortunately, after a long day of travel we got to the hotel (which was not easy to find as the address took us to a different one down the street) and our room was not ready. We weren’t surprised by this as it was before check in time. They happily stored our luggage and we returned a few hours later to hear our room still wasn't ready. They offered us a drink at the bar which was kind but we really wanted a shower and to to get settled after an overseas flight. The room wasn’t ready for 2 hours past the check in time. The room was small, which was to be expected. But be warned, the tub side is VERY tall! I’m not very tall and had to hang on to the side to get in and out so i wouldn’t slip!
