The hotel canceled our reservation. They left a voice message that they couldn't hold our reservation after 8pm because they didn't have a credit card on file unless we called them back, but did not leave a phone # to call. I tried calling back on a hotels.com listed number abd a google maps listed number. No one answered. When I arrived around 12 midnight, I found out they had given away my room and I had to find another hotel.

Good value for the price, would stay again! Room and hotel were clean and covered all basic needs. All staff were very friendly & helpful. Neighborhood was very convenient for transit, but surrounding area is a bit rough around the edges.

We certainly liked almost everything This hotel is well located, easy access, comfortable, super super clean, very organized and staff is very helpful with related and not related things about hotel They were always friendly and helpful for us and the other guest. The only two downsides we noticed are: > There’s no ice machine or ice service for guest. > They don’t have a/c service during our stay (October 2025) the central unit it only provides hot air due to outside weather, however during night we felt hot and had to open windows to climatize the room. After this two things, we would definitely rebook and stay here, we think B&B hotel is a great deal.

Very small room,only one pillow per person. Very hostel like but was good enough to sleep in a clean environment. Would recommend for younger travelers, not the best place to stay with kids. No laundry on site and no real amenities.

the staff were all very nice. this place is super basic, it was essentially a room with a bed, a window and a shower. that being said the bed was comfortable and the water pressure was good. close to train stop and felt safe walking back to hotel late. this shouldn’t be the place you stay on your first visit to paris, but if you just need a place to crash while in tne city it works.

We had 4 persons in a family room. It was very small, there is hardly any floor space, nothing to put our 2 pieces of luggage on other than the floor. One small desk and closet about 18"/45cm wide to hang clothes. The bathroom is also small and the shower is only 2/3 enclosed, so water can spray out the opening and get on the floor or toilet. If you only have 3 people you could put stuff on the 1 unused twin bed. But if you have 4 people and you want decent space you're better off somewhere else or renting 2 rooms. The air conditioning was weak, it would not get as cold as we wanted. Like other places we stayed in Europe, even in early June when it's starting to get warm or hot outside, they still put duvets on the beds, so you have to sleep with nothing, not even a sheet, over you, or you will probably get too hot.
