Unsanitary and uncomfortable stay. When I arrived, the room was clearly not clean. I found hair in the bed, hair on towels that were supposed to be clean, and noticeable stains on the pillows and blankets. The overall condition of the room was very poor and quite disturbing. The owner told me I would receive a refund, even though I booked through Expedia. However, after more than a week, I was later informed that the refund was refused. This was very frustrating, as what I was told was not followed through. I would not recommend this place.

I wasnt expecting much. But a horrible smell, dirty linen, constant noise was enough for me to give this rating. No facilities, no AC, marks all over the walls. No staff members, check in done via a broken system. Much better hotels for similar money.

Self check in was complicated , if u call and speak English they hang up on you !! Reception opens for a couple of hrs only , breakfast attendant was extremely rude , name is bead and breakfast which should be replaced as the breakfast is not automatic , you need to pay in addition which was never clear ?!

The service was terrible, window was open in room when I arrived. the bathroom drainage was not working. There was NO customer service to complain too. Hallways smelt bad. Just not a great experience. I would NOT recommend staying here......

Hôtel calme ,chambre propre et fonctionnelle, les personnes à l'accueil très aimables et professionnelles. Le petit déjeuner très correct et l'endroit du repas d'une propreté irréprochable. Navette aéroport a quelques pas.Très bon rapport qualité prix. Peut être serait il judicieux d'indiquer clairement de quel b&b Hôtel il s'agit puisqu'il y en a 3 au meme endroit et un peu compliqué quand on ne connaît pas.

Chambre très propre et surtout silencieuse grâce au double vitrage, car Rungis edt une ville bruyante à cause du trafuc routier et bien a l hôtel on entend rien grâce aux double vitrage des fenêtres des chambres et cela est très agréable et on dort très bien .
