The safe in the room is broken and we was planning to put our passport and money in the safe before we went out but we couldn’t. It’s so happen the we had our passport stolen on the subway.

Very surprised with the location being so close to a metro station. There are many bars and restaurants nearby that made it a fun area to explore. For breakfast Bruno strives to make everyone's experience great with a yummy continental breakfast each day.

The hotel Pool area and communal areas were a big let down. Dated in the 1980’s. The rooms were ok size. However, air con wasn’t the best. There was dust on the side tables in the rooms. Beds were very squeaky. Distance to anywhere was a tube or bus. The bars in the surrounding area were okay too but numbered

I DID NOT LIKE THE FACT THAT MY INITIAL ROOM WAS CHANGED AND MY CO WORKER AND I HAD TO SLEEP IN THE SAME BED THE ENTIRE TIME AND AFTER SHOWERING THE BATH TUB AND COUNTER WAS PACKED WITH ANTS WE WERE SUPPOSED TO HAD CHANGED ROOMS STARTING THE 1ST NIGHT STAY OVER AT 3 DIDNT HAPPEN THE NEXT DAY AFTER SEEING THE FIRST 2 ROOMS WE WERE TO CHANGE AGAIN DIDNT HAPPEN THEN WE SAW A 3RD ROOM STILL NO CHANGE IT WAS CONTINUOUSLY TALKED ABOUT BUT NEVER HAPPENED AFTER BEING ASKED TO SEE A 4TH ROOM AND MORE TALK OF CHANGE I EVENTUALLY DECLINED REALIZING THAT IT WAS JUST A GAME BEING PLAYED BUT OVERALL I LOVED THE STAFF THEY WERE THE BEST AND THE HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN
