Notre Dame

The location is in party town, be prepared to be kept up all night with noise from the party on the street. No security, young couple had sex in the stairwell just outside the apartment door. No fans, no wash clothes, no dish towels, no paper towels. Need to work on a frw basics. 97 defrees and no fans is ridiculous.
