Paradise, a vibrant neighbourhood that you can find 14 kilometres west of the heart of Newfoundland and Labrador's state capital, St. John's, is worth a visit while in town.
Do you have trouble facing the day without a morning coffee? You'll be relieved to know Paradise has some enticing cafes. Coffee Matters is a local favourite, offering a mouthwatering range of hot drinks and tempting treats. Once the caffeine kick fades and your tummy starts hankering for some heartier fare, check out the menu at Woodstock Colonial Restaurant. This well-patronised eatery dishes up some seriously delicious meals. If you wouldn't say no to a couple of beers before calling it a night, why not stop by Outport Restaurant & Pub? Who knows, the bartender might even be able to give you some tips on what you can do tommorow!
5.0 Relaxed stay close to the airport Super 8 St Johns
We wanted a hotel close to the airport that was affordable and comfortable as we headed home from our driving holiday. The hotel was clean, very comfortable, breakfast was good food that catered for everyone, the staff were helpful and friendly, and we were able to check in with our airlines via the hotel computer. Good TV, and handy to food outlets, petrol and plenty of parking and a quick drive to the airport.
