No hot water fornmy shower after a long day working outside.. Their "breakfast" is just instant great value oatmeal and greatvalue powdered creamer.. Not impressed at all.. The rooms seemed nice, but not cleaned bery eell. My bathroom had hair in it and the toilet was dirty.. Also the dishes in the cupboard were dingy as well.

Nice place for a night.

Quiet hotel. Missing a lot of things in room. 1 fork. Little roll of TP. Nice full size fridge. Ice overflowing. Bathroom sink was a little dirty. Bed comfortable. Small 32 inch TV but had plenty of channels. Upon checking in all 4 agents at desk were eating lol. But one promptly checked us in. They do put a $100 deposit which I will keep an eye on to make sure it’s not charged. Gave us a room on 3rd floor and entered and it was still Dirty. This was after 4pm. They apologized and gave us another room. lol. Would i stay here again? Sure. Everyone was very pleasant.

ok place on the road

The hotel is close to Hwy 70. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was essentially a studio with full refrigerator/freezer, stove, etc. The hotel is older, but has been updated and in good condition. The only negative was the 'included' breakfast. Little more than coffee, some small packaged candy type sweets.

Check in front desk staff was very friendly and professional. I had booked my room shortly before arriving on the app and it hasn't transferred over to their system yet, but he was very pleasant and accommodating. The room was lovely and in good condition: two queen beds, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, tv, desk, etc. The room phone didn't appear to be working. Relied on the microwave for a working clock in the room so I could keep my cell phone out of temptation's reach. Stains on the curtains.There was something in the bathtub that was pretty disgusting. We arrived too late to contact the front desk about it. Photos provided. The water temperature in the shower - it took several minutes for the water to heat up to lukewarm. All in all, good experience. Beds were clean and fairly comfortable and the view of the mountains from our room the following morning was gorgeous.

Wonderful stay.. friendly clean. Beautiful.. fullsize refrigerator dishes and gas station and mc donalds with in walking distance. About 30 minutes from glenwood springs.. definitely recommend.

Although it's an "older" hotel we were pleased to see how clean and kept it was. Gym was nice and the suites had dishes ready to use if needed. The staff was extremely kind and the breakfast area stayed stocked. My family and I really enjoyed it. Thank you.

This property was in a beautiful location. And had an odd amount of amenities. Which is great. However, The bed was absolutely abysmal. You are selling people a place to sleep...... How can you be so cheap when purchasing beds for this location? The bed is quite literally the most important piece of furniture in every single room. If you don't mind a springy mess of a bed. This location is fairly nice. Also, The "Continental Breakfast" was a big bag of hostess powdered donuts. We won't be returning.

Checking in was easy and the staff is very friendly and kind. I asked about food around the area and he gave me great recommendations. I loved the room with kitchenette and a gorgeous view. The Colorado river runs by it so it was a nice walk around. I would definitely stay again
