They double charged me and couldnt reverse the charge without a manager who was not there. Also asked multiple times for receipts and they could not provide one. Was told the manager would call me but never heard from them. They did eventually take the charge off but the whole ordeal was annoying. Rooms had extremely thin walls/doors. Loud kids in the adjoining room sounded like they were in our room.

Waste of money

The hotel room and hallway was pretty durty. The breakfast was boiled eggs, waffles and cereal. Definately will not recommend.

The hotel was clean and updated. The check-in process was easy and efficient. The flooring was hardwood and they had clean odor free dog-friendly bedrooms. The breakfast was free and the pillows were very comfortable. They had a pool and play room for kids, were very close to the iron mountain hotsprings and had a shuttle picking people up for skiing at sunlight mountain resort. My only issues were that it was hard to reach the front desk by phone and the room that I booked had a door to an adjoining suite (although there was no mention of that on the booking site). So, there was zero soundproofing and you could hear everything, down to a burp or fart next door. I just turned the tv up slightly to make a sound barrier. That worked well enough. Lastly, it was much cheaper to book the room on an outside website vs. the hotel front desk or website, which is unusual. All in all I was satisfied, comfortable and would definitely stay there again.

The bathroom had a cracked tile and another loose tile. One of the window panes had a broken seal and was very foggy. The breakfast was just so-so with not many protein options.

Love staying here, convenient to everything yet a little off the path so its not super noisy. Wish their parking was a little better, not too many spaces so I was not there on the weekend. All in all a great stay! 👍

I thought this hotel was great! For the price I paid it has everything I needed. The breakfast was just bagels and packaged muffins or you could make your own waffle. I would like something hot but it wasn't a big deal. The room was no frills but it felt safe and clean. Pool was terrific, especially with kids!! I would stay again.
