Breakfast was pretty pitiful: no drinks (juice,coffee, water); good very very limited, basically cold cereal or a waffle Noisy at night and not a lot of sound insulation from room to room. Had a ton of partying folks on the hallways and they were super noisy… not exactly the hotels fault but when it went on for hours in the middle of the night, I’d hope there would be more oversight from staff

Unfortunately our stay was more a hassle than good. We stayed for the holiday and our first night we checked in and our first room had an awful smell and the tv remote had no batteries. We called the front desk and we were moved rooms. The second rooms tv also didn’t work when we attempted to call the front desk the phone did not work this room was missing a mirror as well. When we realized our phone did not work we had to wake up our family members to use their phone. We were then moved again. The last room had graffiti on the bathroom mirror, when using the shower it felt like we were gonna fall through. Mind you we book 3 rooms to accommodate our family and all showers had the same issue. The towels and bed sheets were not clean and had stains. Over all we are definitely disappointed in this hotel. When asking for the manager we got multiple answers one said she would be in the following day then one said she was out of town. We were told the manager Megan did not get up before 10 am. When trying to get financial compensation for the hassle and trouble we insured during our stay only one girl was able to give us an answer. We still have not received our accidental deposit back or our partial refund back. For paying over 1,000.00 this was not the stay we excepted at all especially during the holidays!

Everything was nice. Check-in was delayed due to a long line and only one person checking people in. Manager was seen but didn’t bother to help out with opening another line to check everyone in. Kids were constantly running in the halls even after 11pm

For being "overbooked", they had one front desk person on that seemed inexperienced, taking about 10 min per customer to take ID then CC back to side room out of view. First room issued was occupied. 2nd room had lock deactivated upon arrival, and again after returning home from a morning out, where anyone could have walked right in. TV kept turning itself off, and occasionally back on, without our input. Very little dishes (no silverware) for a kitchenette. Tub was very creaky.

Staff was friendly Room was unfinished just boards in kitchen microwave on storage shelf no closet just a shelf to place stuff on no counter room in bathroom there was a lot of inconveniences in room it didn’t feel welcoming Outside there was a 2 men clearly had to much to drink with a case of beer For $260 I expect more
