Hotel is clean and comfortable. The reception staff were cold, not rude but not welcoming, talkative or informative. Overpriced. The heat/air unit is very loud blowing directly on the bed and the settings didn’t work so it just ran until we turned it off. Open the window but had to close due to noise. Very nice to have the kitchenette. The fitness room is well situated and a very nice outdoor space.

The hotel was excellent. Our stay was less than excellent as we spent time and angst re: double booking charges. We had trouble getting confirmation re booking. As we tried to get confirmation, we became double booked. We spent hours that night trying to clear that up. Expedia, hotels.com, and the hotel said the problem had to be handled by someone else? We finally cancelled one booking and were left in limbo as to charges. I will find out tomorrow about charge???

The gentleman who checked us in on 8/24 was Ahhhhmazing. He was the morning shift. Gave us an early check in and upgrade. He was friendly and professional. I truly wish I got his name. He deserves a raise and promotion! The whole experience from door to door was wonderful.
