The stay was nice, breakfast was good. I love the tour, pool etc. When it comes to the gym we wished it was more taken care of, we wanted the go workout but based on how it looked we decided not. Also we wanted to stay one more night but we didn’t have wifi or tv connection which lead us to decide to not stay another night.

Summit Hotel & Golf resort Panama

Firstly, to foreign visitors expecting a holiday resort, be aware this Hotel is more of a golf, conference & events resort loved by locals for weddings, baby shower's, etc, and this Hotel does an excellent job every time. The staff are friendly, English isnt widely spoken & staff little shy to try until they know you. The daily room cleaning staff are excellent & dont skimp on replacing supplies, the buffet breakfasts generous & satisfying. The kids & adult pools are good, but for me a bit too close to the public patios (im a bit self-conscious for swimming). The daily shuttles take you almost everywhere. Albrook Mall is only 35 minutes away. Gamboa is only 15 min away (and very overpriced accom I think). I think this Hotel resort is a lovely place to use as a base, instead of living in the city itself. I was here for 3 weeks, value for money, golf whenever you wish or not at all. I would happily return next time.

The hotel itself is nice and I loved the rainforest and the trails they offer. Even though the hotel is outdated they do try and make you feel comfortable. Well at least the front desk staff the house Keeper and bellman Carlos and the tour guide Sergio were amazing and friendly However some of the waitresses and waiters were not so friendly they looked they did not to be there not friendly at all but the Food was incredible and enjoyed it very much

I've stayed here many times over many years, it used to be a beautiful, peaceful place, but now, its all just a party. Constant loud music from the property, even audible from the top floor and it's halways. Everythign is broken, air conditioning, ice machines, jacuzzis, light switches, etc. I was even moved to another suite, where even more things were broken. This place has really gotten terrible recently, deapite being so good betore. It is certainly not worth it anymore, with mych better resorts nearby

The actual facility is lovely, the foods delicious and the staff are first rate! The grounds are also very nice ! The room was adequate, a bit dusty, only 4 hangers in the closet and had to ask for wash/face cloths. We had balcony room but could not access the balcony due to humidity???
