I loved everything about the hotel but I had one staff member that didn’t want me to tip other staff. That same staff member, while ordering drinks, repeatedly charge me different price for drinks than they actually were. When I called him out he offered just to give me a free drink. I don’t know if I was the only that experienced it but he was that only reason I didn’t have a flawless stay.

This is only a strong 3 star property. Not all restaurants advertised are open. For instance, Sushi restaurant is highly advertised but I could not find it open. I tried lunch once in the Kings Row restaurant. The server would not allow me to charge to my room. She said only cash or cc. Had to go to front desk to address sit. First attempt at room service, transferred to front desk. So I just took all of my meals in my room via the front desk, placing my room service order.. one great thing is the pool.
