Bonita Point is a small development one block off the beach. This townhome has 1500 square feet with 960 square feet upstairs, complete with 1 bedroom with a king size bed, full bath with a garden tub and a separate shower, as well as living space with sleeper sofa and a fully stocked kitchen. The upstairs sleeps 4. The 550 square foot downstairs has a queen size Murphy bed and 2 twin xl bunks in the bedroom and a day bed with trundle in the efficiency area and sleeps 6. The downstairs has a full bath with a large tiled walk-in shower, kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, sink, and microwave. Full size private garage space is perfect for your automobile, motorcycles, beach toys, boat, etc. There are 2 more parking spaces in front of the townhome and several spaces around the complex. It takes about 5-7 minutes to walk to the beach or you can drive over to the beach access. We have beach chairs, coolers, and beach wagon to use as well. Come and enjoy this great hidden gem!

East side of Panama City Beach is the best!

Very comfortable condo and in a great area. Property was well maintained and safe. Short walk to the beach. Our host David checked in periodically to see if all was well with our stay. Would definitely return as well as recommend this property to others.
