The room was not good! Had to shoulder the door to get it to close, changed rooms due to keys not working. The bath tub had almost a steady flow when off, the shower head was so bad I had to get a plastic tumbler to pour water over me to get the soap off. The cook top was 2 burners but did not get very hot, it took about 20 minutes to boil water. The bed fell in the middle halfway through out stay and the TV in the bedroom had a remote that jumped around through the channels so you never could get a station you wanted unless it was just luck! Now the bed was very comfortable, bathroom sink and light was awesome, and the ability to have a bedroom door to shut is excellent. The staff was very nice and even though there was construction going on it was still okay with the noise level. I just don't know if I would stay there again. The kitchenette would be the only reason if no one else had anything or they were a lot cheaper because it did feelcheap for their name being on it.

Our room was nice and big, but it smelled straight up like urine. We told the staff about it and they mopped the room, but it did not help. It smelled so bad. We could hardly breathe the whole time we were staying there, I believe there were pets in the room that had urinated and the smell could not be removed. It was awful. The pool was nice and clean. Breakfast was OK. Options were very limited and they did not always keep it stocked and you sometimes had to ask for them to put food out. Overall, it was tolerable that I would definitely not stay here again. The staff when they were available were nice.

Bed was very comfortable and the a/c was quiet. The room and hotel were very clean. Accessing the hotel can be a bit frustrating - you have to drive past the road the entrance is on and make a u-turn. We had to replace our key card nearly everyday. On the last day they finally advised that we not put the key card in our phone wallet because of the magnet. I was told upon check-in that there was a $35 fee for my pet (expected, but not mentioned anywhere on there own website). I was charged $140.

Dont do it!

Smelled of smoke, dishes were dirty, bed was sunken, fridge was filthy, no toaster, breakfast was horrible & gone fast but they didnt restock, one pan one skillet for kitchen, no cooking utensils, no eating utensils, housekeeping didnt come, advised workers of issues said manager contact me never did, reached out to hotels.com which they contacted hotel to be told hotel won't compensate for issues since didnt mention it upon checkout but already mentioned during stay several times to no avail. Horrible all the way around from the room cleanliness, functionality, customer service, them takibg accountability for it all, just awful.
