the staff were friendly and helpful. the rooms were clean but dated, but everything worked fine. It is attached to the megapolis mall that had a coffee shop and hard rock cafe. All in all, the hotel was about what I expected. In the future I would probably stay in a different part of town closer to the Metro for ease of getting around and restaurants that are walkable. This hotel is surrounded by a lot of very busy roadways, you don't hear the traffic noice, but it makes walking to anywhere but the mall difficult.

A Room is totally Dirty, a cover for beds is dirty, bathroom is very bad condition and need deep cleaning, don't have bottles of water in Room, ahhhh not have a towel ( only 1 ) in general all hotel is a dirty , important when I make a check in in my room Don't have a TV Remote, asked in 5 time last night and today and Don't receive any answers, Cero Recommendation , not have valet parking, ohhh my God a very bad experience don't recommendation

This property is rated a 4 start property and it is not. This place is more like 2-3 star property. The bedroom were very filthy, you can clearly see mold all over the vents/AC. The bathroom are dirty very ran down. Bed sheets were dirty even the ones that they would bring as “clean”. I paid for a suite and they moved us to a regular room because there was no hot water and the bathtub was getting plugged when the shower was running. They said they would find us another suite when available but they never did and they refused to refund me. I don’t recommend staying at that place especially at the price they charge.
