The space is perfect for an individual, a couple, friends traveling together, or a small family wanting a taste of "local life" in Panama City's Historic St. Andrews marina district.

Wireless Internet will keep you connected if you need to be. A 55" Smart TV has apps you can sign into to access your own accounts (Netflix, Hulu, etc.). An antenna brings in local channels for news and whatever's on the local networks. Or turn it off and go outside! You're at the beach! : )

King-sized bed in master, two single beds in 2nd bedroom. Clean full bathroom. Full kitchen with all the basics, including a microwave and dishwasher. Full-sized washer and dryer, too.

Coffee bar with a small Keurig and a larger Mr. Coffee. We try to keep all the coffee fixin's here, too, but please bring your own if you have specific preferences.

Laminate and tile floors; plantation shutters throughout.

Screened-in porch with a comfy daybed and wine fridge, and a small fenced backyard for even more space.

You have the entire house to yourself during your visit.

I respond to messages between 8 am and 8 pm if you need anything at all, including recommendations. Otherwise, I will assume you are self-sufficient.

If there is an issue with your stay, please give me a chance to address it BEFORE I see it in the review! If I don't know, I can't make it better.

Only blocks from the bay in two directions, you're within walking distance of many great local restaurants, bars, shops, historic sites, and the St. Andrews Marina.

Take a boat from the marina over to Shell Island, or launch your own.

You're just 7-8 miles (20 minutes) from the white sands of Panama City Beach but will sleep peacefully, far from the maddening crowds of tourists, their traffic, and noise.

Plus, you'll have access to neighborhood events, including the Farmer's Market every Saturday year-round (9 am - 1 pm), a huge Mardi Gras parade (usually early February), and a St. Patrick’s Day (and Halloween) pub crawl. We even elect a Dog as Mayor of St. Andrews on Salty Dog Day (last held in February 2020).

For a free, guided walking tour of Historic St. Andrews, visit the Panama City Publishing Co. Museum at 1134 Beck Avenue on Wednesday or Friday at 1:00 p.m.

Walk to almost everything in the neighborhood. Take your car to the beach across Hathaway Bridge.

If you're flying in, you will want to rent a car at the airport as a taxi ride is expensive. You'll also want car access for driving to area beaches, the state park, the grocery store, and other nearby destinations.

Panama City also has Uber.

A Ring Doorbell is installed outside for added safety and security (yours AND mine!). I have access to live and recorded video as needed. There are no other recording devices on the property (but please behave as if there are!). : )

The house has everything you need for fun in the sun: plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, and usually some sand toys. Please feel free to leave clean, usable beach gear (sand toys, floats, etc.) for the next guest if you don't want to lug it home with you.

This was my personal vacation home before I made it an Airbnb, so I'm REALLY FOND of it and everything in it. Please treat it as you would your own home (or better), and please leave it as great as you found it.
