PLEASE NOTE: Beach access is just east of us thru the Lupine Beach Neighborhood Beach Walkover. This is not access directly out of the house. It's about a 3-4 minute walk from the house to the sand. Note that the beach walkover does have stairs up and down over the dunes, so it is not handicap accessible.
Also, as is the case with most beach properties along 30A, there will be new construction noise going on at other properties. Sorry, but we have no control over neighboring areas.
