Tropic Winds is one of the newest condominium developments along the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. The resort is equipped with a sauna, steam room, exercise room, indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, assigned parking space and is located right on the beach!

Tropic Winds is just 2 miles from the famous Pier Park shopping and entertainment complex as well as close proximity to the 18 mile 30A bike trail. There are also numerous 18 hole golf courses near the complex. You also will find Miracle Strip Amusement Park, Shipwreck Island Waterpark and Gulf World Marine Park within 5 miles.

Come enjoy our 15th floor Tropic Winds condominium which is not your typical rental property. It is fully furnished with premium finishes and amenities. This unit is a perfect 2 bedroom floor plan with phenomenal views from a huge balcony that overlooks the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf. The kitchen is fully equipped with all comforts of home, along with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. New tile flooring throughout the unit.

The living room has a large flat panel TV with cable hook up. It also has direct balcony access. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with direct balcony access. It is also equipped with a flat panel TV. The second bedroom has two queen sized beds. It also has a flat panel TV.

TW1507 is super clean, quiet and comfortable. The condo is very nicely decorated and well-appointed. The master has a sleep number bed; the second BR has 2 comfortable queen beds. The owner, Helen, is super helpful with clear instructions and easy contact if you need anything or have questions. We will definitely choose this condo again and again for our beach trips to West PCB!

The VRBO was perfect for my family's beach vacation. It was at a great location on the West side of Panama City, which was very quiet and not overcrowded. Great restaurants were not too far away, and Alvin's Island was less than a minute's walk down the street. The condo itself was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for our stay. Our favorite part was the large balcony with plenty of seating and great views. Communication was great, usually got responses the same day. The only thing I will mention is that the parking garage is very tight. Especially going up and down the ramp to different levels. So, if you have a large vehicle, just be aware and very careful going up and down. Other than that, everything else was excellent. We did not have to wait super long for the elevators as there were 3. The property was clean, we always saw someone cleaning the area. The beach was clean and not overcrowded, which was great.

Great New Rental

This unit’s decor and furniture was all new and well appointed. As example, the main bedroom’s bed is a nice sleep number. Overall, great unit. Balcony has perfect ocean views. Beach access is easy, and for being in front of large condo tower, wasn’t that crowded for a Memorial Weekend. Parking is good in the parking deck. Would absolutely recommend this rental.
