From the moment you arrive, you'll know that you're in store for a relaxing and memorable vacation. From the living room, you'll enjoy comfortable furnishings with gulf views and ample seating for all. Enjoy the game or your favorite movie on the wall-mounted, large television. The dining area seats four comfortably and the breakfast bar includes an additional four swivel bar stools. A completely stocked kitchen is absolutely perfect for this beach condo. The high-end, large, granite counter top area provides plenty of room for preparing food and drinks, enjoying meals, entertaining friends, etc. Enjoy the filtered water dispenser built into the refrigerator.

The master bedroom is beautifully appointed with king-size bed and gulf views via the adjoining balcony doors. Want to watch your favorite movie while relaxing in the bed? No problem! Enjoy the master bedroom wall-mounted large screen TV. A private, master, en suite bath, includes upgraded counter tops and combination shower/bathtub.

The full-size guest room accommodates, not one, but two queen size beds! A nice television is provided for entertainment. The guest room includes private access to the guest bathroom.

Tropic Winds is nicely located in a mostly residential area. Enjoy short walks to the Gift Shop, Mike's Oyster Bar, or Thomas Donuts. Properties adjacent to Tropic Winds are small residential townhomes, not large hotel developments. As a result, out beach is not as crowded as at many other developments.

PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and summer, please try to travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The first vehicle parking pass is free. An additional vehicle parking pass costs $40.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and throughout the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking/vaping during your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking/Vaping can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager is on-site.
