Welcome to Paradise Harbor, our 'Grand' home away from home, beachfront in Panama City Beach, Florida! Every detail of Grand Panama 1706, our 17th floor beach front *PET FRIENDLY* condo was chosen for your enjoyment from the ocean blue sleeper sofa to the collection of nautical and tropical artwork right down to the nautical dinnerware. This 2 bedroom with separate bunk room and 2 bathroom property sleeps 8 comfortably in 2 king beds, 1 set of bunk beds for the kids and a queen sleeper sofa. We know you'll love it here as much as we do!

The nautically inspired great room, overlooking the amazing Gulf, has a 'man-sized' 52' flat screen TV and leather recliner for watching your favorite shows on streaming! The queen sized sleeper sofa is oh so comfy by day and by night. The plush swivel rocker tub chair provides additional seating. This unit has beautiful tile and woodwork details in every room.

The balcony is your very own secluded outdoor room! You won't even know you have neighbors! Sit back in the shade and enjoy the 650 ft expanse of private beach and the sunset views over the pier. The outdoor table and chairs are just right for intimate outside dining, morning, noon or night. The chaise lounge is perfect for relaxing the day away in your cozy hide-away!

The Captain's Main suite has a luxuriously appointed king-sized bed with luxury sheets. You'll love the large wall mounted TV. Open the sliding door and enjoy the sound of the surf right from your bed! The en suite private main bath has a fabulous oversized soaking tub, a walk in shower with shower massage and built in seat, double sinks and a separate toilet area. You'll just love the granite counter tops and fancy tile work and beautiful woodwork in this bathroom.

The First Mate's bedroom has a king-sized bed with luxury linens. You'll feel like you are sleeping on a cloud. The window opens to the walkway and has a view over the town. This room has a large wall mounted flat screen TV. This nautical bedroom has a private entrance to the adjacent hall bathroom so it's very convenient.

The extra large hall bathroom is a palm tree paradise! With an oversized tub/shower combination it is sure to be comfortable for everyone.

The Crew's Quarters is the kids' own bunk room. It's every kid's dream room. The bunk beds and cool kid friendly furniture are so much fun. There's a TV just for them, too. This hall area bunk room has real doors so the kids have their privacy and so do you! Bunk beds are for use by kids under 100 lbs. only, please.

The ocean view gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and gourmet cookware. It's a pleasure to prepare meals and snacks. You'll find everything you need to make cooking easy in your kitchen: a coffee maker and a Keurig machine, blender, hand mixer, toaster, knife block set, dinnerware, flatware, glassware and tons of other gadgets. There's even a crock-pot for having dinner ready when you get back from a long day at the beach.

The property has a washer/dryer and an iron and ironing board for your convenience. It's so nice to have in-unit laundry!

Wireless internet access is included throughout the property.

Parking is available in the Grand Panama Parking decks. Parking passes and wristbands must be pre-registered and picked up at the front desk upon your arrival.There is a fee associated with this reservation after booking! You are limited to 2 parking passes. There are two decks, one adjacent to the Grand Beach tower that is served by a walk over bridge and another that is located adjacent to the street side tower. Parking rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.

Paradise Harbor is pet friendly! The limit is 1 dog maximum and the dog must weigh 25 lbs or under. The resort charges a pet fee that must be paid separately to them in advance. Please ensure you are carrying all required vaccinations for verification.
The Grand Panama Resort offers 2 huge pools, 2 hot tubs and kiddie pools. One is beach side and the other is a beach overlook pool in The Grand Vista Tower. Poolside Tiki bar!
