The location of the property couldn't have been better! Plenty of dining options-- and Walmart (because who goes out of town without making at least one trip to Walmart?) --within walking distance.
More than that, though, was the property itself!!! Each bedroom had its own bathroom, the balcony was HUGE, and the kitchen was well equipped! Almost everything one could think was needed was provided from pots and pans to serving spoons and spatulas and everything in between, even a Keurig and coffee mugs! There was also dish detergent, a sponge, drying towels, and a dishwasher tablet. So, although we bought disposable goods, we didn't have to.
If I had any complaints, it would be the parking. It was nice to never have to figure out where to park, as parking for the unit is assigned; but it's inconvenient for the disabled. From the assigned parking space, we had to walk up a ramp into the parking deck to access the elevator to the unit. Not a big deal for most of my party but a bit of a challenge for my mom who is disabled..... It wouldn't stop us from renting here again, though, as everything else was practically perfect!
Upon arrival to the unit, I thought I had an issue (turns out I was at the building next door LOL), but my call to management was easily managed, and they assisted me with very welcoming vibes.
All in all, I would say that this was one of my better stays at PCB.
