Luxurious Studio Suite Condo overlooking scenic 30A in Seacrest Beach nestled between Rosemary and Alys Beach. Condo has been completely remodeled and professionally decorated throughout with the latest amenities and brand new furnishings. The Condo sleeps 2 with a cozy King Bed and plenty of extra space. The studio has a separate sitting area with a full-size sofa and 65 inch smart TV. Studio is also equipped with a kitchenette stocked with a Keurig, microwave, dishes and a mini refrigerator. Deeded Beach access is located a short walk (.25 mile) from the Condo. Tram that runs March - October is also available directly from the Village.

Condo resides in the family friendly Village of South Walton complex. All guests will have access to 2 Heated Pools (when temps are cold) and a Hot Tub on the grounds of the complex. Gas Grills available for guest's use also located at the pool areas. With plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, beach stores, boutiques, and the onsite Seacrest Sundry grocery mart, there is no reason to leave your beach escape.

Unit comes with 2 beach chairs, 2 beach towels, starter sets of shampoo, soap, toilet paper and paper towels.

The studio was perfectly located in central seacrest. Just steps outside you have the pool, restaurants, a pavilion with nightly live music and a short walk/trolley ride to the beach. The studio itself was stocked with a small but perfect size kitchenette including a microwave and Keurig. The gold staple was that two beach chairs were included. Kim is such a responsive and friendly host, I would highly recommend her properties to anyone looking to stay in the area. I look forward to coming back and booking again !

Perfect location between Alys and Rosemary beach. The Peddlers Pavillion is a great spot for drinks and shopping. Room is very clean. Setup is simple for those who want to explore / beach time. Bed is very comfortable and wife/me had best sleep. Will be coming back!

The hosts were VERY helpful and accommodating. This location was perfect for what my husband and I needed for a long weekend. The size of the studio was great for the two of us. The bed was very comfy. We enjoyed the couch as a place to sit and watch TV or chat. The one thing that I wished for in this place was a dresser to keep our clothes in - that wouldn't prevent me from staying again though.. We are just the type who like to unpack. We were able to hang up clothes though which is always nice!

It was okay. No access to even walk the beach unless we drove to the public access or walked 20 minutes due to the boardwalk under construction. Way too cold for swimming but we wanted to get on the beach and at least see the beach. Would have been nice to a K-cup or two for a morning coffee but at least the Starbucks was close enough. Overall it was okay but I need to verify things before I book.

Perfect studio for my wife and I in very convenient location, right in the middle Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. We did not have to use our vehicle a single time during our 4 night stay. Pretty much everything you need is in a 0.5 mile radius of this location. Tram service to take you to/from the beach picks up in the back by the pool, which was convenient, but the deeded beach access that comes along with this rental is only about a 0.25 mile walk, 5-7 min away. Convenience store and other shops and restaurants located on ground level was an added bonus.

Amazing Trip to 30A

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful studio. It's in a great location that is in walking distance to both Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. The bed is very comfortable, A/C worked great, clean, gorgeous decor, and communication with the owner was great! It was the perfect place to stay during our visit to this gorgeous place!!

Good location, could be better upkept

Location was perfect and host was very responsive and accommodating. However, the Wi-Fi went in and out, the lights flickered, the shower did not have good water pressure, the beach umbrella that was provided by the host was broken so we ended up having to rent one, and could have been cleaned a little better in the bathroom. The people upstairs were also extremely noisy at 6am. You can unfortunately hear all noises from above.

The place was clean and as promised however, the building was having the roof ripped off and a new one installed. When we arrived at 4PM, the men were finishing for the day so no problem. The next morning at 7AM, they equipment and noise started. By 9AM, the whole studio smelled like strong glue. A horrible smell. Other tenants came out into the hall and all were asking if everyone was smelling the glue. We opened the windows and left for the day. Came back later that evening and the smell was just as strong. We left the windows open all evening even though it was mid 40 degrees. Luckily, our stay ended the next morning. It should have been made clear that there was construction taking place at the building and there were chances of strong glue smells. We would not have booked if we knew in advance.

Great location!

My Husband and I booked this over the weekend for our anniversary. Great location and easy to walk to Rosemary or Alys beach. Loved that they had a Starbucks downstairs. We also took advantage of the hot tub/pool. Be aware this is a studio and is great for a few days. The decor was nice and bed was comfortable. Also had a farmers market on Sunday morning that was great and live music both Friday and Saturday while we were there.
