We have three Condos at Celadon Beach Resort! Our 2nd property is on the 14th floor. We also have a condo on the 17th floor.

Note: There is a one-time fee of 45.00 per parking pass that is not included in the condo rental amount. This is a third party fee for the parking deck.

Celadon 2306 - (The condo you see here.) This is a 1 Bedroom Penthouse on the 23rd floor. This condo has a King Bed with 2 Baths. There are also bunks in the hallway and a Queen size sleeper sofa and couch in the living room. This condo has been recently remodeled. Tile flooring has been installed throughout the condo. Bathrooms and Kitchen has been remodeled!

Celadon 1401 - (VRBO property 1246721) Is a three bedroom on the 14th floor. There are three king beds and a queen sleeper sofa. Celadon

Celadon 1709 - (VRBO property 1629952) Is a three bedroom on the 17th floor. There are three king beds and a queen sleeper sofa.

This condo has been tastefully furnished and decorated in coastal shades of pastel blues, greens and grays. There is a relaxing feel as soon as you enter this One Bedroom, Two Bath condo. There are bunks in the hall.

This condo will comfortably sleep six when the queen sleeper sofa is utilized. The living room has a large 46-inch flat screen television for viewing while curling up on couch after a wonderful day at the beach!

New flooring and crown molding just installed for the condo!

The kitchen includes a breakfast bar, dining table, all stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertop and back splash, new cabinets and new faucet There is a coffee pot/Keurig, blender and all the cooking utensils that you will need.

Don’t worry about over packing. For your convenience, we have added a full-size Washer and Dryer.

The Master bedroom features a Luxurious King size bed, flat screen television.
The master bath has a new quartz countertop, new cabinet, new light fixtures, new tub and tile.

The Hall bath has also been remodeled. There is a new cabinet, light fixtures, quartz countertop, step in shower with bench seat.

Take in a Million Dollar view from your private balcony. There are turquoise waters by day and the twinkling stars at night.

The Celadon Beach Resort is located just two miles west from Pier Park. There are two pools, two hot tubs, a tennis/pickel ball court, and a fitness center. We also have a conference center/reception area that can be rented through Celadon Beach Resort.

Beautiful view and great location on the beach

Overall our stay went very well. Being a penthouse condo the view was incredible. The location on the beach was wonderful and not overcroweded for the time of year we were visiting. Upon going into the condo, it was clear that housekeping did not come inbetween our stay and the family before us. I contacted the owner of the unit and receiced a call back immediately. It did take a few hours for the cleaners to come and change over the unit, during which we ended up leaving to get dinner. I could see this being problematic with any families with children or people who arrive later in the evening and wanting to sleep right away. The condo was clean and ready upon our return. It was very hard to sleep/rest with this unit though as it is right next to the elevators and would make a very loud banging each time the elevator moved. 1/3 elevators were out of service, which i had read in prior reviews across a few years. I find that to be offputing about the building itself that they still cant manage to keep up with that problem. We had to wait up to 40 minutes during dinner or breakfast hours just to get on an elevator. We did not have any concerns with the kitchenware or bathroom supplies as others had noted in reviews, as it was just my husband and I staying for the week. Overall id rate the stay 8/10 as the location was a quieter part of PCB but still easily able to get to restaurants and things to do and the condo was set up well and taken care of for its age.

The high top table chairs need to go away having a 6 year old with us. Having a 6 year old with the tall chairs on the balcony is very dangerous. Almost level with the balcony railing. I was please with the condo it was as the pictures shown on VRBO. HAPPY!

Our stay was wonderful! The weather was perfect! Only rained twice, of the evenings on our last two nights, after we were already in for the night and it’s even beautiful there during rain and thunderstorms! The sunset after the rain was gorgeous! Our only complaints was the elevator issues. One was down when we got there and it stayed down the whole time. Another one went down on the 3rd day, but wasn’t down very long. Also, the front pool being closed 2 different days was a bit inconvenient. Otherwise it was perfect!

2nd honeymoon

It was amazing. Even though there was a few things not the owners fault ( fire extinguisher check -sprinkler check /fire drill( with senior citizens in wheel chairs -that was scary for them )new cables and new internet -water was shut off twice )glad things are updated but it was a lot to deal with Condo was perfect and we loved it

2306 Celadon Resort

Overall this condo was very nice, only thing that could have been better was the balcony could have been cleaner and didn't have all the chairs that was in the pictures. But there was only 2 of us so it wasn't really an issue. Might be for a bigger family though. Inside the condo was nicely updated and clean . It's not as crowded on this end of Panama which is what we was going for. And it's nice the beach chairs and umbrella are included.

Great location! Condo was very clean with everything we needed. We stayed here late September, elevators were not a problem at all. Beach was beautiful! Just didn’t expect a hurricane so lost one day but overall great experience!

Great place to stay but HORRIBLE communication!!

The condo itself was fantastic, clean, and beautiful, BUT the communication with the owner/property manager (Alesia) was horrible! After booking the condo, we sent Alesia a message asking 2 questions. Her reply was short and she only answered 1 out of the 2 questions. We had to text her again for her to answer our 2nd question. This should have been our 1st clue of things to come. We never received instructions on how to get inside to the condo. Since we received no communication, we thought someone would meet us upon our arrival. Not hearing anything and getting nervous about the arrival, we contacted Alesia the day of check in. We started calling and texting Alesia when we were about 4 hours away, saying that we did not have have instructions on how to access the condo. She never replied. We arrived around 9:45pm. Upon arrival, we realized they didn't have a check in office and everything was closed and locked. We called Alesia and left voicemails. Frustrated with the poor communication from Alesia, and already paying for the stay, we called her repeatedly until she answered. When she finally answered, she rudely stated she sent an email with the instructions, insinuating we made a mistake. She asked us to hold, and it seemed she realized she made a mistake. With no apology, she sent us a text with the door code to enter the condo. My wife text her thank you, again no reply. Throughout our stay, she never checked on us and never offered an apology for the mix up.
