Looking for a spacious vacation spot for the whole family that is convenient to 30A and Panama City Beach and within easy walking distance of public beach access? Located on the quiet West End of Panama City Beach, Sunkissed Cottage features four bedrooms for relaxing after a fun day in the sun. This large private home offers plenty of room and privacy for every guest. Family time is also a breeze with the large open kitchen, living and dining areas. For listening to the waves roll and taking in the breeze, spend time on the spacious screened in porch. Beach time is easy with a quick stroll down Kelly Street to Public Beach Accesses 87 or 88.

The master bedroom offers king bed and ensuite bath. The second and third bedrooms boast queen beds and the fourth bedroom provides two twin beds. Located in a golf-cart friendly neighborhood on the magnificent west end of PCB, Sunkissed Cottage is just a few minutes from HWY 30A to the West and Pier Park to the East. Parking is available for four vehicles. Monthly winter rates available upon request.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Florida Panhandle Property Management furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has starter amenities shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. Luxury bed linens and towels are provided, as well as beach towels for your convenience.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION IN ORDER TO ENJOY YOUR STAY
*This unit sleeps up to 8 people.
*NO smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, cigars) or vaping allowed inside.
*Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am.

Primary renter must be 25 years of age and remain on property for the duration of the stay. In accordance with Florida State Statute 509.41, reservations made under false pretense are null and void, and check-in will not be allowed, or guests will be asked to vacate the residence without refund.

Quiet time hours & disturbances: Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM. Be mindful of neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum at all times.

Pet Friendly - up to 2 pets allowed. Non-refundable pet fee per pet applies.

Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, service may be spotty regardless of provider. Should you require stable internet service for work or pleasure; please bring an ethernet cord to plug into the router or bring access to a hotspot with you. Limited tech support. No refunds for any interruption in Wi-Fi or Cable television service during your stay, NO exceptions.
