Disliked: Cleanliness
I use reviews, so I want to do my best to give a fair review.PROS: •The view was beautiful.•The beach was right across the street.CONS:•The listing doesn't mention that there are two flights of stairs. This is not ideal for people with mobility / health issues,•I am not sure why I paid a cleaning fee as it was not clean when we arrived. I had to go to the store to purchase supplies to clean the counters as we put something down and there were black rings. This was not a little dust. Before we even went to the beach, my teen swept the kitchen area and clumps of sand were in the dust pan. •I have been staying in VRBO’s in over 20 years was the worst kitchen I have found. One skillet had a handle that wobbled constantly. The other skillet was missing a second handle and beveled in the middle which made it difficult to cook the food properly. One pot holder, one mixing bowl – that is the extent of the kitchenware. •The place states that it sleeps 6: we were given with one washcloth in each of the two bathrooms. Four regular forks and one small fork. Sleeps six, but has a total of five forks. We had someone for dinner one night and I had to use a spoon to eat my chicken so the guest didn’t.•The dryer needs replaced or fixed. It took 3 runs to get 4 towels to dry them.PRO or CON:•The condo is right next to a bar so it is very loud until midnight or so. If you are looking for a party atmosphere, this is a pro. If you are not, this is a con. This didn’t bother us.
