Always love the view from our room. We would probably stay there again. It was good for our trip but this particular room/condo is in severe need of upgrades. There were no baking pans in the kitchen, the paint was peeling off the cabinets and the dishwasher is not level. Whenever you open the dishwasher the shelves slide out all by themselves. Curtains in the MB aren't completely attached to the curtain rod. Also, the WiFi is terrible. We tried to watch a movie and it continuely buffered until we just gave up. There is a WiFi extender in the MB, but no router that we could find anywhere. With some upgrades this room would be almost perfect.

The condo was beautiful and the views were spectacular. The beach was just a few steps away, along with the pool and the tiki bar. There were also several restaurants and retail stores within walking distance..which was super convenient. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed at condo for my son’s graduation. Some issues with property but overall a relaxing stay. Air conditioning worked well but we experienced when the balcony end of the condo was comfortable, the front of the condo was freezing. If the front of the condo was comfortable, the balcony end was too warm. Also paint was peeling on numerous doors and baseboards. Overhead light fixtures had bulbs missing cardboard under dining room table to fix it from wobbling would not stay in place. It did also seem strange that parking was not included with the price. We did enjoy our stay. Very relaxing.

Family beach trip

The stay was perfect. I would like to add , there is not a deadbolt on the front door so we placed chairs against the door to prevent my granddaughter wondering outside. Other than this, everything is perfect Thank you

Great unit although the bed was not comfortable (master )needs blinds in master to keep sunrise out in morning.. floors, baseboards could be cleaner in bathrooms.Toilet in master was leaking , had a bowl catching the drip. Sliding door did not have a lock-in living space although I was not expecting anyone to scale up the side of the building 21St floor to enter .

The furniture all looks nice in the photos, but it’s a bit worn. The beds were all awfully soft, so much so that I felt like I was sleeping in a hole. My husband has a bad back and he was never able to sleep more than a few hours per night. We won’t be renting this unit again.

Amazing Condo and Spectacular Views

This condo was absolutely wonderful for our 4-day beach vacation! To start with, the views from the balcony and all the windows in this end-unit condo were just spectacular. We had an amazing view of the gulf, the pier, the beach, and breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. The location of this condo was perfect – very easy to walk to many shops and restaurants. There was a little bit of noise from the Pier Park area that we could hear on the balcony, but nothing that went late into the evening or was too distracting/annoying. The condo itself was extremely clean. As noted in some other reviews, there is some minor wear and tear, but nothing you would not expect in a beach condo that is very heavily booked throughout the year. That said, the unit was very, very clean and comfortable and those minor issues in no way detracted from the beautiful unit and lovely decor. We found the beds and furniture very comfortable, and it was the perfect place to put our feet up and relax after a long day at the beach. The condo was well appointed with everything you need, and I did appreciate the information provided in the days prior to check-in informing us of what we needed to supply vs. what would be available in the unit (paper towels, toilet paper, etc). We cooked a little bit in the unit and had plenty of pots, pans, utensils, etc for our meals. We also had all the information and very detailed instructions we needed ahead of time for a very smooth check-in and check-out process. We utilized the provided beach service for chairs/umbrellas on each day of our trip which was an amazing amenity. The pool areas and tiki bar area were clean and provided a nice area to step away from the beach at times. Overall, the entire property was clean and a generally great place to stay. We did experience one minor maintenance issue during our stay. I contacted the maintenance team and received a prompt reply, and someone was sent to our condo within a very short amount of time. He was able to apply a temporary fix for our issue. The temporary solution worked perfectly and there were no other issues during our stay. I was very pleased with the communication and response to the issue.// Overall, I would highly recommend this condo and renting with Warren Beach Rentals - the entire experience was perfect and made our vacation that much easier and stress-free. I look forward to staying in this unit again during a future stay.
